About
Adam Vincent is the Founder and CEO of Bricklayer AI, where he is building a secure operating system for the Agentic SOC. Previously, he founded ThreatConnect, a pioneer in the threat intelligence platform (TIP) market, scaling it to $30M ARR, raising over $50M, and leading its sale to Providence Strategic Growth. The company was later acquired by Dataminr. Adam’s work focuses on how AI agents are transforming security operations from human-led workflows to coordinated, autonomous systems. He believes enterprise AI must be built on three foundational pillars: context, coordination, and control, enabling governed autonomy at scale. He speaks frequently on AI-driven security operations, agentic architectures, and the future of enterprise cybersecurity.

The Future SOC: Human + Agent Collaboration at Scale
What you will learn:
Security Operations Centers are under increasing pressure as alert volumes grow and environments become more complex. While AI copilots have improved analyst productivity, they have not fundamentally changed how the SOC operates. A new model is emerging: the Agentic SOC. In this model, AI agents act as active participants in security operations, handling triage, enrichment, correlation, and reporting, while humans focus on judgment and oversight. This creates a hybrid workforce that can operate with greater speed, scale, and consistency. This session breaks down a practical model for building the next-generation SOC based on three pillars: context, coordination, and control.Attendees will learn how to move beyond isolated automation toward coordinated, governed AI systems, and what it takes to operationalize AI agents safely and effectively at enterprise scale.
