As ZeroFox's CTO, he helped scale the company past $100M ARR and guide it through its public listing. He has extensive experience building and leading high-performing technology organizations and holds 20 patents, numerous publications, and advanced degrees in security and intelligence.

This presentation explores attacker activity "left of boom" - from vulnerability discovery, to disclosure, to weaponization, to delivery, and finally to exploitation. At each stage of the exploitation lifecycle, a detailed look is taken at attacker activity and is counterposed with intelligence and operational activities that would help defenders to better protect their environments. The presentation concludes with a fresh way of thinking about the steps leading to successful exploitation including how intelligence derived from attacker activity at each stage in the exploitation lifecycle can be leveraged to paint a more complete picture of adversary capabilities in support of the strongest possible defense.
